Joseph Long is an actor who played Luigi in Ashes to Ashes. He has also appeared in many British television programmes, including Doctor Who as Rocco Colastanto in the episode "Turn Left". More recently, he's been seen in Spooks, Zen, Borgia and Holby City, and played the part of Angelo, another Italian restaurateur, in the unaired pilot of Sherlock, although the role was recast in the aired version.
