Special Agent Frank Morgan is a minor fictional character from the ABC remake of BBC's science fiction/police procedural drama, Life on Mars. The character is portrayed by Peter Gerety and is based on the BBC character DCI Frank Morgan played by Ralph Brown.
In reality, he is the manager for the Mission To Mars in 2035. Like his British counterpart, he evokes the duality of the Wizard from 'The Wizard of Oz'.
